About the rules.

1. Everybody must be aware of the rules. Saying you did not know of a rule is not an excuse to scape from punishment.
2. The rules are subjected to constant modification without notice, so make sure you check them regularly.

Vocabulary and Communication.

3. Disrespectful behaviour towards any member of the staff will be considered offensively. Players who disrespect a member of the staff will be punished. Threat others as you would like to be threated.
Players who disrespect a GM will get 24 hs of chatban. (1440 mins). If the action is repeated by the same person, the chatban will be multiplied 10 times. (14400 mins)
4. Accusing a player of being donator is forbidden. Remember, donators keep the server alive and free for you.
First offense you will be warned. If the action is repeated, you will get 60 mins of chatban.
5. Verbal agrressions in game over a certain rational point is forbidden. Racial insults are forbidden.
People who crosses this limitation in language will get 600 mins of chatban. If the offense is repeated, the time will be multiplied by 10. (6000 mins)
6. Advertising other servers is forbidden.
Players who do so will get banned.

Third Party Software.

7. Using 3rd party software, or any kind of external software to automate gameplay or to get an advantage over other players is forbidden. Such users will be hunted and punished. (I mean it) + (I know who you are)
People caught using L2walker will lose the char.


Your accounts & items.

8. Selling your game assets for real currency is forbidden. Players caught doing so will be punished.
9. You are responsible for your items and for your account: If you are scammed you are responsible for it. If you give your account, and you get robbed, you are responsible. Remember, no GM will ever ask for your acc. Information.
NOTE: You are free to use whatever nickname you want. However, if we find out you have been making several chars to steal other's people's nicks, we will change your own. And trust us, you wont like it.

Bugs and Exploits.

10. All found bugs must be reported. If we find out you have been exploiting a bug instead of reporting it, you will be hardly punished.
People who exploits a bug without notifying it will get banned.
11. Exploiting game bugs for your own benefit is extrictly forbidden. Using terrain to get an advantage over NPCs is forbidden.
People using a terrain exploit to fool NPCs, or to enter Zaken, or anything like that will get banned.
12. Impersonating a GM or Admin is forbidden. Players doing so will be banned.
13. Spawn killing is forbidden. If you are caught doing it, you will be punished. Punishments will only occur when the GM is eye witness.
14. Using a wyvern to get into a castle is forbidden. Attacking people from the wyvern is forbidden.
People exploting with Wyvern during siege will get kicked from siege, and deleveled
15. Pk is part of the game and it's perfectly legal. If you are getting pked by someone repeatedly just move to another lvling area. GMs won't take part in such situations.

Mobs drops.

18. You and/or your party is responsible for you drops. If you are caught leaving the drops in the ground you will be warned. If you insist in breaking the rule, you will be punished.
People who leaves their drops in the ground will be warned first. If they ignore the warning, they will get fossilized from 1 to 6 hours, depending on the amount of drops left on the ground. If you see someone breaking this rule, you must report him!

Fairness and Equality.

17. Every player in the server donator or not has the same rights. If you caught a player who donate doing an illegal action you must report it. Donating to the server doesnt give you any special rights, behond that of the item received in change.
18. Donators giving themself an unexisting power and threatening other players of stuff such as "I will have you banned" will be punished.
19. Whoever you are and whoever you report, when reporting a bad player make sure you give a clear explanaition of facts. Screenshots or video are needed. Unfounded accusations will be ignored.
19.1 When accusing a GM of illegal actions take into account: a) Report him to someone in a higher rank. b) Provide raw evidence.
Unfounded accusations and rambling talk without evidence, based only in your personal thoughts wont be tolerated. People doing it will feel the full weight of the BAN HAMMER. You have no right to unfairly accuse someone and stain their name just for the sake of it. So make sure you are in fact sure of what you are saying and have enough evidence to prove it.

Dualbox.

20. You are allowed to dualbox.
21. You are not allowed to play more than ONE char durning olympiad games. Player caught playing TWO or more  chars at Olympiad will be punished, which will mean more or less loosing all the points on both chars.

Hero Voice.

22. Heroes must use the Hero Voice in English!!!! Any other language besides English is strictly forbidden. Heroes speaking in some other language will get chatbanned. If you can't get it into your head, you will be chatbanned for the rest of the month.
23.  Messages insulting other people are forbidden.

First offense: 60 minutes chatban.
Second offense: 600 minutes chatban.
Third offense: Chatban for what's left of the month in which they are Heroes.


NOTE: The forum and the server are related, of course. From now on, anything you do in here, will have consequences in game, and viceversa.
